Rentak Singapura was back again for the third time!

Nothing surprising at all!

I became the trophy girl again! But am looking forward to next year's APM-Anugerah Planet Music!

I came on Friday for the rehearsal! Run errands and did alot of logistics work on that day! We had double fillet-o-fish! As usual, mine was without mayo!

All thanks to Feisal! I'm so pampered! He brought all the way from his fren's wedding to TRCC just to fill my empty stomach!
Oma ate that as well and boy she enjoyed eating the fries and drinking milo while driving!

I slept at two and woke up at 7 in the morning!

The Day of Rentak Singapura!

I was excited and all ready for the show!

Everything went well, took pictures with Ria's Intern and also I got a chance to take a picture with Taufik Batisah! Also, I chat with a few celebs and the part of the show was the finale!

I Tried Eating a watermelon a day and honestly it helps my skin alot!
Also, Himalayas Is Superb~
I consumed neem tablets and also am also using their facial wash and face mask-esp the cucumber one! Its magnificient!

You guys should really try it! Feedback to me via email ok?

And try out jogging! Slow jog is the best!

My personal trainer also gave out some tips on maintaining your weight*

-Drink plenty of water

-Jog regularly at least three times a week

-Do crunches and light weights to get nice toned arms-for ladies*

Lastly, have a balanced diet and avoid eating nuts to prevent pimples ;)
