Auburn Talks Beauty;I Tried Eating a watermelon a day and honestly it helps my skin alot!
Also, Himalayas Is Superb~
I consumed neem tablets and also am also using their facial wash and face mask-esp the cucumber one! Its magnificient!
You guys should really try it! Feedback to me via email ok?
And try out jogging! Slow jog is the best!
My personal trainer also gave out some tips on maintaining your weight*
-Drink plenty of water
-Jog regularly at least three times a week
-Do crunches and light weights to get nice toned arms-for ladies*
Lastly, have a balanced diet and avoid eating nuts to prevent pimples ;)
