So, I guess I want to share this with everyone*
My trainer, Miss Falange, who is apparently one of the fittest woman I know, by far,
Is happy enough to tell me I can share about my training sessions with her ;D
So ladies, this is for you!
I love to eat no doubt about that, but at the same time I love to work out too!
You have look good to feel good, Agreed?
So for those who have dumbbells, work out both hands for 12x - EACH ( 3 sets )
Crunches - 100x, 50x Day, 50x Night*
Leg Race - 10x
Bridges - 1 Min
Lunges - 12x Each leg
Calves - 12x
And you are done! And don't forget to jog, 3 times around the stadium!
At your own convenience that is, since I'm close to Meridian Jc I just spend my jogging sessions there ;D
